Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead for group programmes, as spaces fill quickly. Private coaching can often be arranged with shorter notice depending on educator availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a programme begins receive a full refund. Within 7 days, we offer credit towards a future programme. If we cancel a session, you will always receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

Do you offer online sessions?

Private coaching is available online via video call. Our group programmes are in-person only, as we find the interactive activities work best when participants are together.

Is parking available?

There is no on-site parking, but pay-and-display spaces are available on nearby streets. We are a five-minute walk from Haymarket station, making public transport a convenient option.

Getting Here

Our centre is located on Morrison Street, just a short walk from Haymarket station. We are well-served by multiple bus routes including the 2, 12, and 31.

If you are driving from outside Edinburgh, exit the A8 at the Western Approach Road junction. Street parking is available on Morrison Street and adjacent roads, typically with a two-hour limit.

The entrance is clearly marked between the coffee shop and the estate agent. Please use the intercom at the main door and we will buzz you in.

I emailed on a Sunday evening asking about programmes for my twins. By Monday afternoon, I had a detailed reply and they were booked in for the following week. The team here genuinely cares about helping families.
